Breast augmentation recovery and downtime vary depending on several factors, including implant type, incision technique, and individual healing. For breast augmentation recovery, here are some general guidelines:

- First week: Avoid activities that elevate your blood pressure, such as running, weightlifting, and bending over. Focus on light activities such as walking and cooking. During this period, it is important for you to rest, and you may feel tired and fatigued.

- First two to three weeks, wear a compression garment to hold the implants in place. Exercise, lifting heavy objects, and sleeping on your stomach should be avoided. During this time, you may experience soreness, tenderness, and sensitivity.

- Second to sixth week: Gradually resume activities up to fifty percent of what you were doing previously. Based on how your body heals, your doctor will determine when you can resume strenuous physical activity.

- Sixth to eighth week, you can resume most everyday activities except intense exercise. You will be cleared to resume most activities by your doctor.

Talk to your plastic surgeon if you have any questions about recovery or downtime. They'll give you advice based on your medical history and procedure.
